Strangers!

Strangers have been rubbing my tummy!!!!! what is this??? At least some have asked for permission. I have been more freaked out to go to Wal-mart than anywhere else! Random older lady's come up and rub my tummy! Is there no such thing as boundarys for pregnant women? it's like now that I am showing really well I am no longer allowed to have a personal space bubble!

New Polls

I thought it might be fun to add a new poll to our blog. The Gender one went well with most people Guessing boy, and they were right. Now I thought it was time to see what everyone thought of Hair and Eye color. Baby name poll will probably be coming out in February once we find some good ones we like.

Jeff has Blond hair and green eyes, His moms side has Blond and red hair in the family, and mostly blue eyes, His dad's side has blond and light brown hair and mostly blue eyes. however most of the boy's in his family have started with very blond almost bordering on white hair when they were born.

Jess has dark Brown hair and Hazel eyes, Her dad's side has almost every variation of blond and brown hair, and every eye color under the sun, Her mom's side has dark brown hair and dark brown eyes.

24 Weeks!

I can't believe it! My belly button is starting to stick out! only 16 weeks to go!

It Just Dawned On Me!

I am seriously Going to be a mommy in only 17 weeks! thats like no time at all! it seems like just yesterday I peed on a stick that told me I was pregnant! Does it always go this fast? did anyone else feel this way? There is so much to do, and I have no Idea what I'm doing!!!

It was finally time. I went and got my first pair of Maternity jeans today and surprisingly enough they were really comfortable! They were better than the jeans I was currently wearing, now I don't have to worry about my pants falling down all the time!

20 Week Belly!

Well there it is folks!! a for reals looking baby bump at last! I will only get bigger from here!

Just 3 more days!

Halloween!!

I got dressed up like a witch! Jeff and I carved pumpkins, and gave out candy to cute little kids in costume it was great! My favorite holiday.

16 Week Belly

Here it is... Not much to see... still only 127lbs! A little bump, that for all other people know looks like I ate too many donuts. Maybe I will look bigger at 20 weeks =D

Us as Children!

Well, We were told that there is some interest in seeing Jeff and I as little Kids, So I found Photos.

Sadly I don't have any photos of me Younger than 5. If I find one I will put it up here.

Photos of Jeff aren't here yet, We are waiting to receive those. They will be up when we get them, Most of you siblings already know what he looked like when he was little.

Crazy Excited!

We don't really have anything new to report, But the closer I get to 18 weeks the more excited I get! The 18th week is when we will get to know the gender! I am just excited to have a baby, and Jeff and I just want it to be healthy... gender doesn't really matter... but I am still excited to find out! Everyday I am flip flopping between hoping that it's a Boy, and then hoping it's a girl.

I am so intensely curious to see if the baby will be Blond or Brunette. All of the LaBau boys have been very blond a birth, Grandpa Tom has informed me that even David was blindingly white blond. We were all very sure that baby Ethan would be another toe head. Dave said "That boy Never had a chance at being anything other than blond." and he is so cute!!! I find myself hoping that our baby is just as blond cause Ethan is so adorable and every photo I have seen of Jeff as a child makes me smile hoping our baby will look like him. I had a full head of dark hair when I was born and Jeff's hair was white blond. Watch we will probably have a Red head just to throw us off.

I am thinking about putting up photos of Jeff and I as Children so people can help me guess what Our Baby will look like. I also am thinking of putting another poll up for people to guess who Baby LaBau will look more like. Let Us know what you think!

UltraSound!!!

We went for a doctors appointment and they did an ultra sound... He/She was really wiggly and it looked like the baby was waving at us! It was so cool to see the baby move even though I couldn't feel it, almost makes the morning sickness worth it!

My belly! Week 12!

Alright I was a little hesitant to put this photo up cause there isn't really a noticeable change in my belly size! I was 135lbs in week 8 and I am 129lbs in week 12... thanks to the curse called morning sickness.

What did I get myself into?

I know I have only been at this for 10 weeks but this pregnancy thing is really kicking my butt! All you mom's out there who have done this and then chosen to do this multiple times you are all insane! It's only been 10 weeks and I can probably draw an exact picture of the toilet with my eyes closed. I am on such a personal level with my toilet that I dream about it! I have heard it only gets worse, please someone tell me that it doesn't. I know that it is so worth it in the end... the end of the tunnel just seems so far away!

Appendicitis!

Well, on Friday morning at about 2am I went to the ER in terrible pain and was there till about 7am when they allowed me to go home on a condition that I would go see Dr. Weiss in the hospital later that day.

I went in to see Dr. Weiss at 2pm and was sent directly to the Post Op room to be prepped for an appendectomy! My appendix was really swollen! I was very lucky it didn't pop. I was also lucky I had a great surgon because as you can imagine surgery is very dangerous for a pregnant women, even someone as earlie on as me.

I have Really gross pictures of it but I won't put them up here for fear that you might lose your lunch.

I was in the hospital till Sunday afternoon and I am thankful for all the calls I got making sure that I was OK.

Heart beat!!

I had an ultra sound today and I got to both see and hear the heart beat!

Pregnant!

We found out a few weeks ago that I am pregnant! I am about 8 weeks along... that means approximately only 32 more weeks to go. I will be updating this more I have been really bad about this blog. But now I have something exciting to blog about! yay!

Rain, Rain Go Away!

It has been raining for 3 days strait!!!! Whats worse is when the sun goes down it snows, Wet Mushy Snow!

Sick Cats

Our cats are sick! We took them to the Vet and Wally was running a temprature we have beem giving her antibiotics she doesn't seem to like taking it but is getting better! Felix also got some medicine and he is doing better too. Thank Goodness!

Make up your mind!

I woke up this morning to hear a shovel scraping concrete out side and looked out the window to see another sheet of white covering everything in sight! All that snow was crazy after the week of warm sunny weather we had just had. To my shock it just keeps happening! 4or 5 days of sun and nice weather and then 2 days of snow and back. I wish mother nature would make up her mind as to whether or not we need more winter or forge forward to spring! (I would prefer spring)

The Littlest!

Well Yesterday I found a box by the side of the road and when I looked inside I found some thing cute so I brought it home!

His name is Felix (Jeff named him)

Wally was alittle weirded out at first but she is acting just fine now. I was a little worried how she would take this little stranger in her house.

Snow aplenty!

Wow, it has been along time since I have had anything not worthy of to put on my blog and a few days ago something finally happened!

SNOW!!!! 2 FEET of it! all by 4:00 in the after noon!
